Six Paths Descendants

Description/Abilities


Said to be the most powerful eye technique of all. Its occurrence is so rare that many people once believed its existence was only a legend or a mutation. The user of this dōjutsu may utilize all six forms of chakra nature transformation which literally allows its user to use any technique they wish though this is somewhat restricted by the users age and user level. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, a series of jutsu unique to the Rinnegan user. Like the Sharingan and the Byakugan, the Rinnegan also allows the user to see and sense chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. Through the use of a chakra conducting metal and the help of a medical ninja, the user may also reanimate the corpses of defeated ninja (which must be defeated player characters) and imbue then with a ‘dummy’ form of the Rinnegan. These ninja must remain within five kilometers of the original user to maintain a connection to them, and must concentrate to do so, meaning they cannot attack themselves while using the ability to control them. The dummy Rinnegan within the reanimated bodies can share vision the original user and each other. This means that as long as any number of reanimations are correctly positioned, this dōjutsu has no blind spot exploit unless one is created by an opponent. Users also access a special summoning jutsu that has the same effect on summoned creatures.

Special Characteristics


The Rinnegan itself is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a light purple iris and sclera. It cannot be activated or deactivated it is always present in the eye from birth. Outside of this, users of the Rinnegan are as varied as anyone else.

Special Abilites

Visual Genjutsu Immunity – Self explanatory.

Chakra Sensing – The user has the ability to detect and hone in on specific chakras from over 10 Kilometers. (Natural born users only)

Rinnegan Summoning – All summoned animals B-rank and lower will have Rinnegan that can only share vision with the orginal user. (Natural born users only)

Corpse Reanimation and Control – Through the help of a separate medical ninja, corpses of the dead can be reanimated with chakra conducting metal. Each corpse is restricted to the use on only one of the six paths. Jōnin+ (Natural born users only can only reanimate 3 at a time)

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them. This technique cannot be used in any post with another justu used. If it used, it is stand-alone.

Description: Shinra Tensei is the ability to manipulate gravity at the users will to repulse matter away. Depending on the amount of force the user puts in this jutsu, it can easily shatter wood, bones, stone, metal, or even some of the most powerful defenses. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size, power or mass; however, it has been shown that it is possible to withstand this technique. The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used, one post cool down is required before it can be used again. Shinra Tensei can also be used on a larger scale for massive destruction. A massive gravity well is created above the target, crushing everything beneath in a titanic explosion elevating it to S rank. Using Shinra Tensei on this scale shortens the user’s lifespan and leaves them unable to use it for several minutes (ten posts). Large-scale use of Shinra Tensei slows down the recovery rate of chakra. Shinra Tensei appears as a protective orb pushing attacks away which is a different color each time it’s used

Description: Banshō Ten'in is a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them towards the user. It has the same one post cool down as Shinra Tensei. It has no ability that can create destruction on the scale of Shinra Tensei however.

Description: The user opens their mouth then releases a massive blast of chakra in the form of a laser, causing a powerful explosion that devastates the surrounding area for fifty meters. Can only be used once per thread.

Name: Shōten no Jutsu - Shapeshifting Technique

Description: With this technique the user allocates a portion of an individual's chakra and transfers it into a living human sacrifice. The human sacrifice takes on the appearance and abilities of the individual, essentially becoming a physically identical copy of them. The copy can then be controlled from a distance by the original and used to fight battles in their stead. The technique will imitate any weapons, tools or even kekkei genkai held by the original person, allowing the copy to fight with them. The power of the copy is in proportion to the volume of allocated chakra, which is decided by the user. All of the original's techniques are also available, yet once the chakra given to the copy runs out or the copy is defeated, the sacrifice will die and technique is canceled. Afterward the copy's appearance will revert back to the original appearance of the sacrifice. While the appearance of the copy during the Shapeshifting Technique is completely perfect, it is possible for someone who has experience fighting with the original person to detect something is amiss. Exactly what is amiss is usually not realized until the copy has been defeated. This takes five posts to form and may only be done on a subject that is willing to be copied.

Description: Chibaku Tensei is a special technique developed by the Sage of the Six Paths. The user creates a dark black sphere of gravity that, when thrown into the sky, attracts objects from all directions and pulls them into the sphere, compressing them together. The surrounding earth, including forests and mountains, are collected into a single point, piling on top of one another until it creates a large sphere. A large crater is left where the earth has been collected from. The user has undergo immense strain to perform this jutsu. This strain eventually causes the technique to dispel, by which the large sphere, that was created by it, falls apart again. No other jutsu may be used in the post in which this jutsu is initiated, nor can any be used while the sphere is being created.

Description: Izanagi is a genjutsu that's meant to be cast on oneself instead of others, and it's the most powerful among them. When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space. To a degree, this allows the user to control their own state of existence. It is normally only active for the briefest of moments. When Izanagi is activated, it is capable of turning injuries and even death inflicted upon the user into mere illusions. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, he or she automatically fades away as a genjutsu, and then returns back to reality, physically real and unscathed. The Sage of the Six Paths' use of Izanagi was not limited to avoiding death; with it he split the chakra of the Ten-Tails into the nine tailed beasts. The process he used is explained to have initially involved the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create shape and form from nothingness. Then, through the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, he would breathe life into the prior form. Thus, a technique with the power to turn imagination into reality was born, known as Izanagi. This technique can only be used once every five threads (A count must be placed in your signature). Any user who was not born with the Rinnegan will go blind in one eye after its use. Making unoriginal users open for only two uses. After this, they will be completely blind.


History


According to legend, the Sage was a priest who appeared long ago in an age of endless war. He was the first to explain the truth about chakra and tried to use his power and wisdom to lead the world to peace instead of war. The Sage travelled throughout the world, spreading his ideas and religion, the Shinobi Sect (忍宗, Ninshū), which eventually came to be known as ninjutsu. His great deeds and true desire to bring peace to the war-torn world led him to become widely known as the Saviour of this World. The legend continues to say the Sage defeated the most powerful demon in the ninja world, the Ten-Tailed Beast. In order to protect the world from the Ten-Tails, the Sage developed an unknown technique to seal the beast within himself, allowing him to harness and control its terrifying power, and making himself the first jinchūriki. Although he had successfully sealed the Ten-Tails, its power was so great that the seal would break after the Sage's death. Aware of this, the Sage used Izanagi to divide the Ten-Tails' chakra into nine parts, which would become known as the tailed beasts. He then used Chibaku Tensei to seal the Ten-Tails' body inside a gigantic stone prison in the sky, thus creating the moon. The Sage would leave behind a tablet for his descendants which details his history with the Ten-Tails. Only those who possess the Rinnegan can fully decipher what is written on the tablet, while a person with a different dōjutsu can still partially interpret the information. The Sage's ultimate wish was to establish peace throughout the world.
